Join us for #GivingTuesday, Dec. 2!
AOTF is the only independent non-profit organization solely dedicated to supporting new research that advances evidence-based practice in occupational therapy. Demonstrating the value of OT to clinicians, clients, caregivers, payers, and policymakers is our mission, but we need your help to achieve it. Evidence-based practice will define occupational therapy in the 21st century.
Each year, gifts to the AOTF fund new research grants, scholarships, and fellowships as well as programs for future scientists and emerging leaders. A donation to AOTF is an investment in the future of OT. Your gift helps promote a society in which individuals, regardless of age or ability, may participate in the daily occupations of their choice.
Lady Rios-Vega OTD, OTR/L, Thomas Jefferson University, inaugural Nancy Talbot Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Recipient, discusses her OT research to improve diversity of the occupational therapy workforce by supporting postdoctoral training for individuals from groups demonstrated to have low representation in the biomedical, behavioral, clinical and social sciences.
Your Gift Supports:
