The following events occur on an annual basis as directed by the National Office. Individual chapters are encouraged to host additional events in alignment wit the PTE mission for their current and alumni members. 

January Scroll & Pen newsletter published. Send your photos and chapter news to pte@aotf.org.
February-March Requests for nominations to run for PTE National Office are sent to chapters and alumni members. PTE President and Secretary elections are held on odd calendar years, while PTE Vice President and Treasurer are held on even calendar years. If you are an active PTE student or alumni interested in in joining the National Office, request additional information at pte@aotf.org.
March-April Annual Pi Theta Epsilon Alumni Reception and Faculty Advisor's Workshop are held at the AOTA Conference.

Save the Date! AOTA's Annual Conference in Philadelphia is March 30-April 2, 2017.

August-September Call for papers to participate in PTE Poster Session during the AOTA/NBCOT Student Conclave, November 18-19, 2016 in Dearborn, Michigan.
October Scroll & Pen newsletter published. Send your photos and chapter news to pte@aotf.org.
November PTE Annual Business Meeting and a PTE Special Presentation at the AOTA/NBCOT Student Conclave. Chapters are encouraged to have a delegate present to vote on amendments and learn about current and ongoing PTE initiatives.  Chapters may send a Resolution Form to the National Office with topics they would like to be considered for voting during the annual business meeting. Students may also join the Nominations Committee and Minutes-Review Committee at the Business Meeting.

Save the Date! The next AOTA/NBCOT Student Conclave is on November 18-19, 2016 in Dearborn Michigan.
PTE members may also participate in the PTE Poster Session held during the Conclave. 

Check the scholarship deadline for the AOTF and State OT Association Scholarships, including the Martha Kirkland Pi Theta Epsilon Endowed Scholarship.
