Bette Bonder, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA
Dr. Bonder is Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the College of Sciences and Health Professions at Cleveland State University in Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and her PhD in counseling from Northwestern University.
Dr. Bonder is one of the 100 Influential People in occupational therapy named by AOTA.
Dr. Bonder is the author of several widely-used textbooks in occupational therapy, and has published research in the areas of cultural competency, mental health, and gerontology.
