Diana L. Ramsay,

Diana Ramsay earned her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Towson University and her Master of Public Policy Degree from the University of Maryland. She currently serves as Consultant, Operations Integration at the Johns Hopkins Health System, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to her current position, Ms. Ramsay was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sheppard Pratt Health Systems, Inc. She was responsible for the overall program operations and delivery of clinical and administrative services for hospitals, and oversaw residential, outpatient and community mental health services. Ms. Ramsay is also the past President and CEO of Waystation, Inc., which provided community based services for persons with mental illness.
Ms. Ramsay is a past President of the National Board for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and a previous President of the board of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems. She currently serves on the boards of the American Occupational Therapy Foundation and the Baltimore Homeless Services Agency. Ms. Ramsay resides in Ruxton, Maryland.
