Caregiving and Family Matters: OT Contributions to Enhancing Health, Quality of Life, and Participation

This Symposium will present exemplars of current caregiver and family-centered occupational therapy research programs representing issues across the lifespan, clinical conditions, intervention contexts, and sociocultural dimensions of health and participation. Consideration will be given to units of analysis, scientific rigor, stakeholder engagement, measurement challenges, and the full range of positive and potentially detrimental outcomes.
