Research Grant Program
...................................................................................................................
The Dissertation Research Grant Program of the Institute for the Study of Occupation and Health represents one of AOTF’s investments in building the careers of academic scientists. This program specifically seeks to promote the development of qualified faculty members whose career focuses on contributing to science in occupational therapy. These grants will be available to occupational therapists whose dissertation research directly contributes to one of the profession's Research Priorities and the Parameters for Practice and where a strong program of mentoring is available to the candidate.
Grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded to a maximum of five qualified candidates annually, and applications will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Deadlines for submission are December 1, March 1, June 1, and September 1.
The application and application process of this program are currently under revision. At this time, if you plan to apply, please notify AOTF via email (at hross@aotf.org) of your intention so that we can send you the new application materials as soon as they are available. Thank you.
If you have questions,
please send them to hross@aotf.org
