The AOTF was founded in 1965 to advance research, education and leadership in occupational therapy.  One of the Foundation's longest standing programs, and one of the ways it advances education, is by offering scholarships to occuaptional therapists to continue their education.  Working in collaboration with State Associations and thanks to many generous donors, the AOTF has awarded scholarships to hundreds of occupational thearpy students.
