Cynthia Epstein is a graduate of Tufts University’s Boston School of Occupational Therapy and did her Master’s at New York University. She founded Occupational Therapy Consultants, Inc. in 1979. It was one of the first OT owned Therapy companies in New Jersey and nationally. This community based model gradually expanded and now includes delivery of Occupational, physical, speech and behavioral health consultation and Therapy services across the developmental spectrum, addressing client needs in varied community environments.

Ms. Epstein advocates incorporation of a consultative approach in all therapeutic service delivery. She has co-edited a book on consultation and authored many articles, and book chapters, in addition to lecturing widely. Additionally, Cynthia Epstein has been recognized at national, state and local levels for her many contributions. She currently serves on the NJ Occupational Theapy Association Executive Board. She resides with her husband in Somerset, New Jersey.
